So a couple weeks back I went to Nerdcon.  It is a small con – run by one young woman – in Truro, Nova Scotia.

I went as their author guest and had a wonderful time.

At this con I was able to meet alot of people, including a couple fellow writer, I’m met new friends, and even, hopefully, made new fans.

What more could an author ask for?

Well — I did learn a couple new things.

For one thing I turned out to be worthy.  I know right?  Who saw that coming?  NOT ME!!!

“Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor.”

I don’t know about you but since I’m holding it in the air I’m about to get all the powers of Thor.  That means, to the best of my knowledge, I get flight, strength, lightning powers and the sex appeal of Chris Hemsworth.

Booyeah!!

I also got my booth officially sponsored.  I got Sheppard to say that my booth was his favorite!!

SO all in all it was a great con – I sold lots of books and I met a whole wallop of new people.
