In past year I have done a great deal of writing. On top of 42Webs I’m also a scribe for Hal-Con Conventions, Engen Publishing and the Doctor Who online magazine Kasterborous.
Kasterborous is the Doctor Who news and reviews website and community, formed in 2004 by Christian Cawley and Anthony Dry. They provide coverage of Doctor Who, Torchwood, The Sarah Jane Adventures and the fantastic audios from Big Finish. Over the years the site has grown its own Doctor Who Forum and branched out into comic strips, books and podcasts.
Recently I was able to do an interview with the Voice of the Dalek Mr. Nicholas Briggs for the good people at Kasterborous. I’d thought I’d give you a taste.
In his recent appearance at Hal-Con 2012, I was able to get a chance to ask Nicholas Briggs a couple questions about Halifax, Canadian Whovians, the Big Finish Audios and of course, The Daleks.
Katerborous: The Daleks are the first villains Hal-Con had as guests. Does it come with more responsibility knowing that you’re our first villain?
Nicholas Briggs: Well, it certainly comes with much joy! I have to tell you that Hal-Con is the nicest convention I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to some great ones. Everyone was very nice and it was so well organized. But I did feel kind of honoured to be Hal-Con’s first Doctor Who guest.
